House Rules

*A rental agreement will be sent automatically after booking. This must be signed (electronically) within 24 hours of booking.

*No smoking inside. Smoking is allowed outside. There is an ashtray in the cabinet above the stove. Make sure butts are cleaned up and placed in outside trash bin after they are fully extinguished. Doors and windows to remain closed to disallow smoke to enter home.

*This is a residential neighborhood - Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm-8am

*Check-In time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.

*We allow 1 pet for a $75 fee. It must be at least 1 year of age, house trained, fixed, and not left alone in the house at anytime, unless crated.

*Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not managed properly.

Check out procedures:
Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
Place used towels in the bathtub.
Move all furniture and items back to original locations (including remotes).
Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
Load the dishwasher and start it.
Place trash in outside bin.
